Our Board of Directors, referred to as our Partnership Team, provides the strategic direction for our center. Members generously volunteer their time to set policies and work collaboratively with staff to raise the profile of The Fence Cares.

Stephanie is the Director of Programs and serves as Chair of the Board for The Fence Cares Not-for-Profit Organization. She brings 15 years of experience in Community Social Services and 10 years in the Not-for-Profit sector.

Shinelle is a professional with 7 years of expertise in strategic community engagement and corporate and social responsibility. With a background in leadership and communications, Shinelle has a proven ability to build impactful partnerships and deliver initiatives that drive change in communities.
